Babes in the Wood, December 1988 - January 1989
It’s Pantomime time again and this year’s spectacular family show is BABES IN THE WOOD. NIGEL PIVARO, Terry Duckworth from ‘CORONATION STREET’, stars as Robin Hood with JOHN CLEGG, best known as ‘Gunner Graham’ in IT AIN’T HALF HOT MUM, playing the Sheriff of Nottingham, and TESSA HATTS from ITV’s LET’S PRETEND, plays Maid Marion. Nurse Dotty Dettol will be played by Stevenage’s favourite Panto Dame, PAUL LAIDLAW, who also directs this production.
This year’s show, which will feature a real waterfall wonderful costumes and scenery and fabulous flying, is a must for all the family.
Schools performances 13th, 14th, 15th February 10:30am, 2:00pm. All seats £2.75
Usually two performances a day; 2:30pm and 7:30pm, until the end of December, then 4:30pm and 7:30 in the New Year. Three performances 2:00pm, 5:00pm and 8:00pm on Boxing Day, Saturday 7th January and Saturday 14th January (final day of run).
No performances on Sundays including Christmas and New Year’s Day.
