Dave Johnson & His Hot Two, December 2005

Accomplished pianist Dave Johnson and his daughter Hannah on vocals have been performing together for the past three years. More recently they have been accompanied by acoustic guitarist Nathan Hilton. They perform a rich blend of well known jazz and blues numbers as well as some original material composed by Hannah and Nathan. Some of the songs played are from the 30s and 40s era by the likes of Duke Ellington and Gerswin, as well as songs by more modern day artists such as Nora Jones, Eva Cassidy and Van Morrison.
