Rain, May 1984
The play is adapted from the short story by W Somerset Maugham. Adaptation by John Colton and Clemence Randolph. It is a drama of emotions running wild against the staid background of the colonial service on a remote South Seas island. Rain was first seen as a stage play in 1922.
