Daphne Du Maurier’s classic thriller ‘Don’t Look Now’ with a star cast to be announced . Filmed in 1973 with Julie Christie and Donald Sutherland, what begins as a moving examination of grief becomes a chilling tale with a dark and terrifying climax.
Following the death of their young daughter, John and Laura visit Venice to try and escape their grief. But when the couple meet two aged sisters, one of whom claims to have psychic visions of the dead girl, strange things start to happen. John finds their influence on Laura disturbing and unsettling and suspects them of deceit whilst beginning to question his own sanity and that of his wife who seems to be completely under their command. Their obsession and fear reach a dramatic conclusion in this supernatural thriller.
This classic drama, directed by Ian Dickens, promises an evening of suspense and intrigue from the pen of the celebrated author Daphne Du Maurier and follows the company’s critically acclaimed Du Maurier productions of ‘September Tide’, ‘My Cousin Rachel’ and ‘Rebecca’.
