The Alan Price Set, March 2011
Alan Price was readily acknowledged as one of the most talented and enduring musical artists to have emerged from the 1960’s British Beat Boom. He was known for some of the most memorable sounds of the last 40 years, from The Animals ‘House of the Rising Sun’ to his quirky take on Randy Newman’s ‘Simon Smith and His Amazing Dancing Bear’, to his many hits with Georgie Fame, including the most famous ‘Rosetta’. He was still writing, recording and performing regularly throughout Europe.
Tickets priced at £18.50.
