Kenneth Branagh’s latest foray into classical cinema comes in the form of a Stephen Fry adaptation of Mozart’s opera, ‘The Magic Flute’. Set during World War One, the story follows a young prince and his companion, as they fight to rescue a princess imprisoned in a temple, only to discover that their quest was not as straightforward as first thought.
Prior to the film Mimi Alderman will be performing on the Christie Theatre Organ.
